About Gusty

Gusty is an online booking management platform that connects water sports schools with students. Gusty operates as an intermediary and marketplace— the contract for any lesson or activity is between the student and the school. Gusty is not the service provider and does not deliver, manage, or supervise lessons or activities.

Schools are solely responsible for the quality, safety, insurance, and delivery of their activities. Students book directly with the school through the Gusty platform.

Applicable Law

This website and platform are operated in accordance with Portuguese and European Union law, including but not limited to:

• Decreto-Lei 7/2004— Portuguese e-commerce law (information society services)
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Lei 58/2019— data protection
• Decreto-Lei 24/2014— consumer rights for distance contracts
• Lei 41/2004 and Lei 46/2012 — e-privacy and electronic communications
• EU Digital Services Act— platform obligations

Dispute Resolution

For complaints, you may also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (Electronic Complaints Book), as required by Decreto-Lei 74/2017.

For consumer disputes related to online transactions, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
