For schools and business users
1. The Service
Gusty provides a booking management platform for water sports schools. Gusty is an intermediary — the contract for lessons is between the student and the school.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information about your school, lesson types, and pricing. You are responsible for complying with local regulations for operating a water sports school, including maintaining adequate insurance.
4. Intellectual Property
Gusty owns the platform and software. You retain rights to your content (photos, descriptions). You grant Gusty a license to display your content on the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Gusty is not liable for the quality or safety of lessons provided by schools. Gusty's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
